For selected countries, we provide DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping. This entails covering taxes, customs fees, and import fees for countries such as the European Union, New Europe, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Canada, China Mainland, Singapore, Australia, Bahrain, Taiwan Region, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. However, for shipments to DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) countries, clients may be responsible for customs fees, import fees, and taxes, which BlueBearApparel will not reimburse.

Please note that the return window for our products is only open for 14 days from the delivery date. All our returns are free during the 14 days window. If you wish to return a product after this period, don't hesitate to contact us at contact@bluebearapparel.com, and we may be able to accept the return, but conditions may apply, and return charges need to be paid by the customer.

We offer a way to reduce your environmental impact by allowing you to return your T-shirts after two years of use in exchange for a $5 store credit. Alternatively, you can return them after three years of use and receive a $10 store credit.

Repurposing old t-shirts through recycling or reuse is a sustainable method of waste reduction. The fabric will be recycled or broken down and utilized as an insulator for various items.

When you pre-order an item, you reserve it before it's available for sale, but it will be soon. The pre-order items will be shipped as soon as the items arrive in the warehouse within the time frame stated on the purchase page. If you place an order that includes available and pre-orderable items, they will be shipped in two separate phases. First, the general merchandise will be shipped using standard shipping methods. Then, the pre-orderable items will be shipped as soon as they become available in stock. Please note that credit cards will be debited at the time of pre-order placement.
